Ludi is seeking a Director of Physician & Clinician Workforce Services to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients on physician compensation programs and pay administration. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a seasoned professional with deep operational knowledge of how healthcare organizations manage physician and clinician compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding and discovery to assess compensation models and administrative workflows.
  • Provide expert advisory services on physician compensation administration and governance.
  • Develop customized service deliverables, including reference materials and client documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, client services, and data analytics teams.
  • Support clients with market data, reporting, and workforce management insights.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership initiatives.
 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required. Clinical, healthcare administration, business, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Substantial, practical experience in physician compensation administration within healthcare organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, compensation governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships and adapt recommendations to varied organizational contexts.
  • Remote position but must be located within the US.
