Are a self-starter who can own day-to-day tasks with little supervision but know when to ask for help

Possess top-notch organization skills and work well under pressure
Feel very comfortable developing cross-functional relationships and presenting analyses to executive stakeholders
Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding professional goals
Can communicate articulately and appropriately with individuals at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities:

Develop reports and dashboards to deliver clear findings and insights to stakeholders.
Transform raw data into meaningful and effective visualizations tailored to the audience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and objectives.
Optimize/maintain data tools and methods to automate processes
Ensure data quality and accuracy
Identify/execute process improvement and data initiatives

Required:

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or computer science
2 years of professional experience in a data analysis role
Expertise in Power BI (or equivalent platform) and Excel
Confident in data modeling/data transformation
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
Ability to manage/prioritize/accomplish multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Passionate about data analysis and automation

Preferred:

Knowledge of SQL and/or other programming languages
Experience in healthcare as an analyst.
Experience with automated workflows
SaaS and healthcare experience
Ability to think creatively and innovate new concepts
Balance a data role with subjectivity and professionalism
Ludi is a remote-only employer, but employees must reside in the US.
