As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, set goals, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating resources, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are executed according to the plan, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
Team Management:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure software functionality and performance.

Job Skills and Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager in software development
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
The position is remote, but the employee MUST RESIDE IN THE US.

Technical Skills:

Experience with project management tools such as ShortCut, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
